I am a very happy customer. I just had all 15 windows in my house covered with plantation shutters by Bay Home and Window. From my first contact with them to request a free estimate, all the way through delivery and installation, things have been great. I am VERY happy with the product itself. The shutters are of high quality and were manufactured flawlessly. I can't believe how different my house looks with shutters instead of blinds. It took about 2 1/2 months for the shutters to be ordered, manufactured, delivered, and then installed--and they arrived exactly when the salesman said they would. The installation was outstanding and I could tell that he really takes pride in his work. There was a little "oops" during installation where a piece of bedroom furniture was accidentally damaged, but they have been very professional and helpful in dealing with the repair---no hassle at all. I highly recommend these folks if you are shopping around for plantation shutters. I would also be happy to be used as a referral for them if they would like that. I can't say enough nice things about them!
